Full Throttle are a high school power pop punk trio from London, Ontario Canada. Their influences include bands such as Blink 182, Green Day, and Teenage Bottle Rocket. The band got together for the first time, the day before the Pandemic officially hit on March 13th, 2020. After many months of communicating and developing song ideas online the boys finally got together again in person when the lockdowns were lifted in the summer of 2021, and it has been all systems go since then for Full Throttle. In June 2022, the band won the Forest City London Music Youth Award and the Highschool Battle of the Bands. Other highlights from the last year include many fantastic live performances at multiple venues. Most notable of those being an opening slot for Canadian rock heavy weights I Mother Earth and Finger11 at London’s Western Fair in September. To date the band has released three singles on all streaming platforms, all of which have received positive feedback and thousands of streams.
