Formed in mid 2021, Mental State is a punk rock band from London Ontario Canada. Pulling from several influences such as hard rock, ska, classic hardcore punk, emo and alternative metal, many styles are fused together in their songs. Mental State released their 1st EP “Hardcore ‘22” in March of 2022, followed by their debut full length “The 11 Steps” released on January 13th 2023. Ian Fulton- Lead Vocals and Guitar Nathan Wookey- Bass Mike Paino- Drums
