Zahra is an award-winning vinyl DJ and audio producer who has brought her world to London, and London to the world. She is the founder of Lunar Rotations, an online radio show with an international audience, and now a live experience that features musicians, dancers, and a deeply immersive vibe that reinvigorates the essence of soul, funk, disco, and house music. She has served the London community heavily in presenting live acts, performing as a DJ, producing community-centred events with an array of non-profits, businesses, grassroots organizations, and other artists. She is a celebrated advocate for the arts, serving as a Board Member of TD Sunfest, a Committee member of the JUNOS Rap Category, a previous Radio Program Director at CHRW 94.9 FM, and founded The ISO Project, a music video incubator that supported emerging artists in London with creating a professional music video at no cost. She continues to expand her love of music through knowledge-sharing on her online platforms.
