2025 intake deadlines for FACTOR’s Artist programs – Artist Development, Juried Sound Recording: Single/EP, Juried Sound Recording: Album, and Artist Entrepreneur have been announced! Please note that the date of submission is dependant on the program.

• Artist Development - The intake deadline for fiscal 2025-2026 is March 6, 2025, at 5:00pm ET. New applications can be created as from February 3.
• Artist Entrepreneur - New submissions can be created from February 24 and submitted prior to deadline of March 27, 2025.
• Collective Initiatives - Period Four Deadline: May 15, 2025, for events occurring between August 1 and November 30, 2025.
• Funding for National Service Organizations - The intake deadline for fiscal 2025-2026 is February 27, 2025.
• Juried Sound Recording: Album - The intake deadline for fiscal 2025-2026 is July 10, 2025, at 5:00pm ET. New applications can be created as from June 5.
• Juried Sound Recording: Single/EP - The intake deadline for fiscal 2025-2026 is February 27, 2025, at 5:00pm ET. New applications can be created as from January 29.
• Live Performance - This program has rolling deadlines. You can apply multiple times throughout the year, up to the funding maximum. Applications must be submitted at least one day prior to the start of the trip.
• Promoter Program - 5:00pm ET Thursday, April 10 and applications may be created from March 10, 2025.
• Songwriter Development - Rolling deadline. Applications must be submitted at least one calendar day before travel departure.
• Sponsorship - Period Four Deadline: May 22, 2025, for events occurring between August 1 and November 31, 2025.
• Support for Eligible Music Companies - The Business Development application deadlines for fiscal 2025-2026 are June 5 and October 23, 2025.
• Video - This program has rolling deadlines. You can apply multiple times throughout the year, up to the funding maximum.
