The Universe Featuring Ray is a one-of-a-kind, art rock experience. Ray has a powerful stage presence that must be seen to be believed. Breeding St Vincent's avant-garde artistic stylings with Gwen Stefani's funky mainstream style to create some very original & catchy music. Currently in studio with a world class songwriter/producer crafting her national debut record (due out in spring 2018), Ray has a lot more than music to offer - She hand makes art and jewellery that she sells at her live shows and online, constructs mixed-media stage props and even concocted an elaborate merch table out of recycled material to display all of her funky creations. Ray has graced the stages of festivals and clubs across Canada and the USA as the Front Woman of former bands, The Peace Leeches & Grown Up Avenger Stuff (USA) - She has opened the stage for huge wave makers like, The Arkells, The Trews, Thornley, Finger Eleven, Big Sugar, Sloan, GOB, I'll Scarlett, Holy Fuck, Wax Mannequin and That 1 Guy
